Meghan’s path into real estate was one with twists and turns, as life tends to be. The first eight years of her professional career found her on her career path as a TSA agent, a 911 dispatcher, and working for a county’s attorney’s office.

Eventually her heart settled in real estate. She began as an agent for a large builder in new construction and quickly became their top sales person, coming to Capecchi and Company with a lot of experience. She literally knows everything about newly built homes from the basement floor up to the roof. Meghan can help anyone looking to build or buy new. Although she can help you with existing homes as well!

She brings her love of relationships and knowledge to Capecchi and Company with happiness and enthusiasm. After being surrounded with a lot of negativity in law enforcement, she’s delighted to work with clients during an exciting chapter in their lives. Helping clients find their dream home is a big deal and Meghan feels privileged to play a role in it.

While Meghan’s top work priority is positive relationships with her clients, the relationships she treasures most are her family. She lives in Hudson, WI (just a scooch down the road from where she grew up in Roberts, WI) with her husband and toddler son. She loves the Wisconsin and Minnesota outdoors and how it energizes her, no matter the season.
